As an engineer myself, I was blown away by the code quality that Teejay produced, and was equally impressed by how quickly he is able to deliver it. When presented with a problem, Teejay is quickly able to break it down, and draws on his extensive experience to design an elegant solution. Once he has a vision for his solution, he implements it with ease while maintaining the highest level of quality. He proves it too, because all of his code comes well tested.

There is nothing that would stop me from working with Teejay again. In fact, working with him has ruined me for working with other less capable developers.

Working with an outsourced development team has had some surprising upsides: among them the speed with which we were able to build our initial MVP, but when problems have gotten abstract or needed truly expert-level resources, things have broken down.
